Firewood Direct strives to provide local markets with quality firewood. If you did not receive your firewood or if the product you received is not of a certain quality, you may be eligible for a refund.
Purchase Not Received

If you scheduled a delivery or pick-up through Firewood Direct and did not receive your purchase or were unable to pick up your purchased product, you are eligible for a refund if Firewood Direct is contacted within 30 days of the original delivery/pick-up date.

In the event that your order was never received, Firewood Direct will contact the seller to confirm that the order was never fulfilled.

Every request for a refund is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Firewood Direct reserves the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
 
Unsatisfactory Product
 
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the firewood you received, you are eligible for a refund if Firewood Direct is contacted either at the time of delivery/pick-up or within 24 hours of delivery/pick-up.

Refunded money may not appear in your bank account for up to 7 business days. If after 7 days you still have not received your refund, please contact Firewood Direct.
